I just got this recipe from my mom who got it from my sister in law.
I quite good and surprising low calorie and takes maybe 5 mins to prepare.

Ingredients (for one serving
Salmon (about 113 grams worth I think)
Spinach
Cream Cheese (I use the low cal stuff that's 35 cals per tbsp)
Paprika
Minced Garlic
Powdered Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Put salmon on a baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Mix together 3 tbsp of Cream Cheese with some minced garlic ( I don't measure the garlic just add what I think looks ok). I put it in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften it. Spread over the salmon. Place 2-3 layers of Spinach on top. Now the original recipe called for Olive oil to be sprinkled on top of this, but I use a tiny touch of pam just so the leaves have a touch of moisture so when you sprinkle on garlic powder, salt and pepper it sticks.
I do it for as long as my salmon says to do it. My salmon takes 15-21 mins from frozen at 450 degrees.
It's roughly 230-250 calories per serving depending on how big your salmon is.

Now THAT's a recipe. Except I'm adding the olive oil back in...and serving it with brown rice on the side if and when I make it.0
