lost +4 lbs since Jan 12th..that seem exaggerated? Tracking here on myfitnesspal.com and on healfie.com lowered carb intake and 30 mins HIIT workouts 5X a week..watching Steve Austin's obsacle race shows and UFC..got away from DDD and Taco trips..working well so far..waht yr story?

I'm a newbie here, and you're really a good inspiration for pushing myself further... I've recently not been to the gym, but I've been watching my diet, (so far it's just seafoods, little to no sweets, and a LOT of fruits, veggies, and water!)... Plus, home workouts for at least 30minutes is a great help... Hoping I can't pass that 50kg mark! ^^0
