Marco help ! Please

hi everyone ! Im bit confused about these Marco things ! Im work it out My idea plan is 1554 calories , 110 proteins , 66 gr fat and 225 gr cabs ! But in fitness-pall tell my goal is 223 proteins , 49 fat and 223 cabs ! So for exams this chat below whats im ate ! Which one i need follow ? Should i eat more to reach goal or im ready over eat ??? p6wzns3dnrsg.jpg

    Aww that make sense so i understand now why the goal is lot higher than my proteins i allow ! Because of im do lot excise that why is add up to my goal ..
