A Dutch oven is also a slow cooker. So all crock pots are slow cookers not all slow cookers are crock pots. But when someone mentions a slow cooker they usually mean as in a crock pot. Which I believe got its name from a brand of electric slow cookers

If you're looking at recipes or something then yeah. Like everyone else said, a crock pot is a slow cooker, but not all slow cookers are crock pots.

I read that Crock Pot is actually a brand name of a slow cooker but people just started calling them all crock pots lol
