12 minute HIIT

Does anyone else do high intensity interval training? I don't do cardio at the gym but start doing this 3x a week.
I am following 12minute athlete.
Opinions?

    I do a bit of HIIT but not enough to know if it really does make a difference.

    Not regularly but in the past with the Turbo Fire program. People love it, I would like to incorporated it in on my really busy days because it's so sort & such a killer!

    Depending on the time of year i will sprint or just do some other type of "finisher" for my conditioning.

    I do HIIT 4 times per week 20 mins, love it.

    i do 24-40 mins 4x weekly on top of hourly sessions.
    3x 12 min weekly wouldnt even burn a cheeseburger/ poptart/ pbj etc.

    Thats the flaw with these short sharp HIIT ideas it will over time improve your anaerobic threshold but wont burn much in terms of calories as its just not possible to burn that many calories in 10-15mins. You'll feel fitter, faster though so they can be a good extra alongside longer aerobic sessions :smiley:
