Our journey can be so overwhelming at times can't it? Just the thought of having to "do it again" is enough to make you wanna.....well EAT! I have learned that if the journey were truly easy, we would learn nothing. Our greatest strength comes as a result of the biggest battles. Even though my friend you'd just love to throw your hands up and say "I'm done with this!", don't do it. Don't give up on yourself and your health. Because one thing is for sure, I haven't given up on you. Do you know why? Because you are awesome. Now, find your awesomeness and get to work
