Don't feel down!

Hi! I'm Sue and have lost a total of 100 lbs. I see so many posts here that people are feeling down and I hope to help pick you up. Know that you are normal and we all have days where we may eat too much or feel fat. Its not easy to lose the weight or get in shape. The key for me was to know I was beautiful (you are too!) And to not give up. Down days happen. I do ask myself to find the problem on those days...menstrual cycle? Stress? Tired? Did I eat something yesterday that might affect my appetite today?? And then I am armed for the next time. Don't give up guys, we can do this. It IS hard....and we are tough! Amen??!!
