Got my new HRM last night and it measured my resting heart rate at 57bpm. Fine and dandy I thought but decided to google resting heart rate to find out if that was good or bad for my age (45 year old female but 46 in May)..............................apparently I'm an Athlete!!! Woo-hoo!! Haven't chuckled so much all week!! I know I work out 6 days per week but really didnt expect that! :-)
