any freekeh recipes?

Hey!

I love the way that freekeh is quite high in protein for a grain however i get stuck when trying to find recipes that use it!

Does anyone have any to share? Preferably plant based

And if you cook the freekeh and keep it in the refrig, you can take it out and sprinkle it in a salad, use as a breakfast cereal. It does not lose texture and does not take on moisture!
