Good lunch meat/brands or how to simply flavor up chicken !!

i am looking for more food idea's along the line of meats and proteins I besides chicken breast and tuna , or any ideas on spices or how to flavor plain chicken breast up with our adding a lot of sodium and cals !!! Anything helps thanks ;)

    Check out the Mrs. Dash seasonings, my husband and I really like the table blend. We season chicken with it before we cook and it's salt free. I add salt but that's just my preference.

    Lemon, fresh herbs, garlic, etc.

    There's plenty of fish, poultry, and meats out there. Try more. Turkey - ground turkey, surgery sausage. Pork - pork chops, tenderlions, ribs. Beef! Cod, Flounder, Mahi-mahi, many many more.

    Whatever I make for dinner I take the left-overs for lunch the next day. I never have to wonder what I'm having for lunch, it's already made.
