How do I maintain my weight without loosing weight! I workout so much and so active my healthy fitness causes me to loose weight that I don't need to loose!! But at the same time I don't wanna get far but I wanna have a healthy skinny fit body! What can I do??

It is a game of playing with your calories.
Every time I start a new programme I have to log on to re estimate my calories so I don't lose any weight.
Do you use the MFP method or TDEE?
The latter is good if your work out routine is constant. Just plug your stats in and it gives you your goal including exercise.
If MFP, draw up a graph with cal in, cal out , and actual weight. Log it for 4-6 weeks then work out the calorie difference, that should be a good guide to how many calories to eat.
