Hi all! I'm 42 and have known for sometime that I have had to 'deal' with my weight. I have always been heavy and until recently accepting if that. Since turning 40, I have noticed that my body is not okay, I am not strong or healthy. Time to change. I am new to MFP & am dedicated to the changes I am making. I am hoping to share & encourage each other in our fitness goals!!
