Hello, I'm new here. I am 5 foot 2 I weigh 189, I am the biggest I've ever been. I am ready to get on the fat loss journey. I'm looking for ideals support and suggestions. I have a ymca membership would u guys recommend cardio to start, low carb, low calorie? I'm new to weight loss and clueless. TIA
