Bowka - good or bad?

I'm going to my first Bowka class this evening and have mixed views. I love Zumba and can temper that to suit my dodgy knee when it decides to play up. I wear zumba dance shoes - are these OK for Bowka? Would love to hear from anyone out there on this subject please

    I tried Bokwa and didn't like it, but then I didn't like Zumba, the only way you'll know is by trying and forget what other people have said. I assume your zumba shoes are just normal dance shoes? I assume they're absolutely fine for Bokwa. Enjoy!
