I currently have a Golds Gym Waist trimmer belt and I use it occasionally during cardio workouts. I'd like to know if anyone else uses one and have you seen any results by using it?

When I first started to lose I bought one too but to be honest it was mostly water weight. I didn't see any real results until I started accurately counting calories and exercising regularly, no short cuts. That being said if you wanna lose water weight before an event or something I don't see the problem but don't expect permenant results.0

It's a ridiculous concept with zero benefits0

If you are wearing it for the look of it or because you like the way you feel in it, go for it. But you're really not going to get anything else out of something like that, I don't think.0

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I researched it a little bit more it seems pointles. It just collects my body sweat after workouts.0

Is that like a thermal waist trainer? Where it squishes all your organs together and makes it hard to breathe lol?0
