Battling with the last few kilos and centimetres

I am very proud of myself. I have lost 15kg in 6 months and 39cm.

However, the last 3cm and 3kg is evading me.

I eat healthily everyday and hardly ever cheat on my "cheat days". I also gym 4 times a week - 60 minutes each time - treadmill, bike, rowing and then swmimming every alternate day. I don't do weights because of a sever back injury.

I have no intention of giving up now, when I am so near the end, but feeling so despondent that the last few inches and weight just won't leave me.

Any help, advice, suggestions would be so welcome for this last stretch of my journey.

    yes those last few are always a pain !!! try switching up your routine ,do other workouts to target the places you want to shrink try the 30 crunch challenge and the 30 day squat challenge just google 30 day challenge you can print whatever you pick put it on your frige ..... i am trying it and i can really feel it !!
