Since there's no useful means for searching for specific groups, can anyone point me towards some TKD/CKD groups already in existence? Specifically, I'm interested in figuring out how one/both of these methods might be useful for weight loss while training and competing in relatively intense and/or endurance cycling and running events (duathlons, cyclocross, running races in the 5k - half-marathon range). I can read lots of general things on the 'net, but it's always nice to be able to bounce ideas and experiences off of other people doing the same thing.
TIA!

I don't know of any specific groups but the best resource out there is by Lyle McDonald: http://www.amazon.com/The-Ketogenic-Diet-Complete-Practitioner/dp/09671456000

Yeah, I'm thinking I need to pick that up, though what I have seen has me under the assumption that he's mainly writing for lifters and less for aerobic/endurance athletes. I'd love to see what others have experienced applying CKD to training for running and cycling races.0
