Caloric deficit equals weight loss. Eat less and move more-it will come.0

You have to want it bad enough to change. List out your reasons and look at your current lifestyle and where that will take you and think about it. Others motivation can only get you so far, you have to change mentally or you will fall back into the same habits.0
