Work schedule

I work in the oilfield. Working 90-100 hours per week, 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

I've cut down on gas station food for soups, salads, ensure shakes, and somewhat reasonable food while out there.

What I have trouble with is managing to excercise while out there. On my week off I run / walk 2 miles a day on top of just being generally active. But for 2 weeks on, I can't motivate to run after my shift. (Or before).

It's depressing doing so well on my week off only to lose any fitness gains over the 2 weeks in the field.

Any experience? Should I limit myself to 5 hours of sleep per night instead of 6ish for the sake of getting in a workout?

At least I still have a job. So there's that!

Weight loss is created in a calorie deficit and exercise is for fitness. I wouldn't sleep less because that is not healthy.
