When to stop?

Since July I lost 15kg and went from 75kg to now 59.9kg  at a size of 169cm. I'm nearly 41 years old. I never thought I'd see a 5 in front of my weight again to be honest. And to be honest again: I lost quite some weight from being sick. My weight loss is still rather fast though even though I've set MFP to 1kg loss per month, sticking to the recommendations and eating back all estimated exercise calories. Well.. I upped my calories a few weeks ago because I thought my goal intake was getting too low.

Measurements:
Biceps -6cm
waiste -9.6cm
hips -14.5cm
thigh -10.5m
calves -5.4cm

Great! And thanks for some strength training I still have a round backside  So I'm inclined to stop now. On the other hand I still don't fit into fashionable trousers as my thighs and calves are too big. Again on the other hand, I'm currently still not fitting into trousers that fitted me some 10 years ago with a higher weight. I do have much more muscles than I've ever had though. Guess I'll never fit into nice trousers, regardless of my weight.

Or would it be a good idea to aim for one more kilo for a small 'reserve' when going into maintenance?

I just tried to convert cm to inches using online converters, but the numbers come out very tiny. Can you tell me what those measurements are in inches?

Good one. Size is 5 ft and 65 inches apparently
Weight 165 lbs to 132 lbs

    measurements:
    Biceps -2.36 inch (-means minus)
    waiste -3.79 inch
    hips -5.71 inch
    thigh -4.13 inch
    calves -2.13 inch

if google is correct that is :)

    Big problem with your measurements

I think you might be a Barbie doll based on those

    You're 5'5 and weigh 132lbs

What are your actual measurements rather than loss

My actual measurements are determined by my body shape, really. I'm just trying to point out that I've lost quite a bit. I think I look fine, apart from my upper thighs and calves, but as I'd get too thin elsewhere (my pelvis bones are pointing out and I have a flat stomach) I guess I need to accept this and stop.

Yep, I'd say stop. You're getting very close to the bottom of your healthy weight range. I'm 1cm shorter than you, and I'm aiming for 61-63kg. Obviously there's a build aspect to it too, but anything below 60 is just too thin for me now.

Yes, it's probably best. With my build losing more might look funny. I have wide shoulders with some nice muscles, a generally normal to widish frame I think (Asian girls can easily hide behind me) but a thin waiste relative to a widish pelvis (still narrower than shoulders) and rib cage, nice b-cup, nice bum (1-legged squats!) and strong legs and arms. Could be worse I think  At least so far my skin has not turned saggy. I must say I'm impressed, considering I'm turning old(-ish)

Yep, sounds good! Also, you may see increased definition in those parts with continued exercise anyway.

And, measurements in kilos and centimetres, profile pic is a little sheep toy, you're not a Kiwi are you?

*giggles* nah, not a Kiwi, even though they do use *ducks* decent measurements. I use the sheep when I prefer not to disclose too much.

Ah, one of the other sensible countries that uses the metric system then ;)

You stop, when you are happy with yourself. Lift heavy weights to tighten things up.

I'm quite tight already. I have a slight sixpack in the morning. But I did do a heavy lifting session just today
