Your biggest cheat/binge ever

Share your worst days , This should be fun lol
Mine was last week i always have a huge cheat day once a month :
1 - Breakfast : 1 Nutella Crepe with whip cream , vanilla ice cream , caramelized nut's , caramel syrup , chunks of kinder bueno
1 Dark chocolate crepe with chocolate chips , rees'es pb cups , chocolate syrup , Nuts
1 starbucks chocolate cookie frappuccino
2- Snack : 2 Extra White Chocolate waffle , 1 cinnamon pretzel auntie anne's
3- Launch : Large BBQ chicken pizza Domino's ,Wings , Coke
4- Snack : 5 Galaxy Flutes , 2 Blue berry muffin , 2 sugar& cinnamon doughnuts
5- Dinner : 2 Big macs extra cheese , 2 Large fries , Diet coke ( not kidding ) , several BBQ sauces
6 - Snack : 4 boxes of Non stop cookies , around 6 glasses of full fat milk
I literally couldn't walk that day haha never eating this way again thought lol

Thst is impressive. If I had a dominoes at lunch I wouldnt be able to eat for the rest of the day, they make me SO full!0 -
On Easter my parents gave me a megaton of candy, including jelly beans, sour candies, gummies, bubble gum, Peeps, and a giant chocolate rabbit.
I ate all of it in one sitting.
Needless to say I will never do that again.0 -
OP, I'm impressed.
I had a cheat weekend a couple of weeks ago (bank holiday weekend, so it lasted 4 days!)
Started with mcdonalds breakfast, included feasting (not just a regular meal lol) at mcdonalds twice in the evenings, dinner at a pub one day, then back to my house for copious Ben and Jerrys and chocolate caramel shortcake (my favourite biscuits ever!) Dinner at my in-laws, which was roast beef with all the traditional trimmings.
Hmm after writing it down I look a bit of a lightweight actually. I know I had at least 8 bars of chocolate as well, and prob 10 bags of crisps.
I used to eat like that EVERY day before, now its definitely a treat just to let go and eat what you like.0 -
Wow. I am impressed. Usually takes me about half a day to eat a large domonos. Pancakes would make me feel too sick to eat domonos. I haven't had a proper binge in a while, though I had an indian takeaway the other night. Naans, poppadoms and half a bottle of wine included in that :P0

I was impressed too!! haha i forgot to mention that before the cheat i did a FULL MONTH of Lyle macdonald's PSMF .its a only protein 800 to 1100 calorie diet with 3 days of weight lifting and walking as cardio it meltss fat but its ridiculously hard and it makes u experience true hunger lol i lost 10 pounds and i didn't lose any muscle mass according to my lifts and body recomp scales .0

Mine was yesterday actually-I know I cannot buy Snyders of Hanover honey mustard pretzels because they're the only thing that causes me to binge eat. But, they were on sale and somehow ended up in my cart Over the course of several hours I proceeded to eat most of the bag-over 1,000 calories worth. After I came to my senses I threw the rest away and knew it was going to be a bad weigh in this morning. However, I'm down 1.5lbs this morning (from the previous couple days, still in my maintenance zone). Go figure!
Besides that I usually stay on track pretty well0 -
It wasn't a planned "cheat" day or anything of the sort, but last weekend I had a monstrous amount of food on the sunday.
Breakfast: 2 rounds of cheese on toast - lots of cheese so it was dripping off the toast.
Lunch - Very big roast dinner. Roasted a shoulder of pork so it was a fatty meat anyway, with loads of crackling, large pile of mashed potatoes, roast potatoes. Heaps of veggies too (which makes it all OK, right?!). In addition to the lunch I'd probably eaten half a plate of food just by "tasting" it as I was cooking it.
Lunch was accompanied by lots of wine too - probably about a bottle per person.
Mid afternoon I had a quarter of a large chocolatey creamy fruity cake. Massive portion, full of all the goodness of chocolate and cream and sugar. It was yummy.
Teatime - plate of leftovers from lunch, with more crackling, potatoes etc..
Evening - large bar of Galaxy chocolate.
I think I logged the day at around 3500 cals but I'm convinced it was more. I was podged. It was the most I've eaten in a single day for around 6 months - I think Christmas was the last time I'd eaten in quite the same fashion.
Weighed in the following morning and had lost almost 2lbs. Go figure.0 -

Muahhaha that is my next cheat day. I can smash back a large burrito no worries. I am looking forward to this.0
