im on a journey of becoming bigger & stronger, without MFP I wouldn't of achieved what I have done in 2.5yrs of training. I broke my leg pretty badly and was skinny fat, I started training & started tracking my food, I stripped my body fat right down to give me s basis to build from. When people ask me about tips & training I always tell them one thing MFP and be consistent
