fatigue bloating and nausea after working out

i havn't had this problem until this week and i feel i have no energy i feel bloated and really unmotivated. i am only just getting through workouts through modifying. i am following t25 only and i am on the last week of the alpha phase. not sure what this could be but i have also been falling asleep around 7-8pm and normally i dont go to bed until 10. any ideas?
i havn't messed around with nutrition and have plenty of protein to fuel my workouts and aid muscle recovery

    You're not pregnant are you? The only times I've felt bloated and exhausted is early pregnancy.

    no hubby had a vasectomy and i double check when i get symptoms like this.. had my 3rd child 16 months ago ;p

    Maybe you're coming down with a cold or something then.

    You say you're eating enough to fuel your workouts, so it can't be that.
