That last pesky ten pounds

Hi there,

I'm on my last ten pounds to lose and whatever I do (I'm doing what I have done to lose 46 pounds already) I'm finding it hard to shift it. Can't afford a gym, so - running - will it make a difference? When I say running, I mean jogging really :laugh:

Or is there something else that people know that worked for shifting that last pesky ten pounds or are in the process...

    Jogging has really helped me, and helped with the inches. I am lifting heavy weights though as well. It is HARD. I have been logging in here and really been at these last pounds for 100 days today and I have lost about 13 pounds

    Those last pounds are always the hardest!! Jogging is great! it will definetly help!
