I'm on day two of trying to change things and get on the path to weight loss. I have cut my soda intake in half & I'm staying within my calorie allowance. My goal for now is 50 pounds, but I have much more than that to lose! I would love to make some friends on here to share this journey with. Are there any people here with a lot of weight to lose?
