Hello all,
I am new to this- not new to trying to loose weight, but this this site. Looking to find some support that will inspire me to find the inner strength to stick to making the right choices. I am very good at sabotage - I have discovered that I am especially good at doing this to myself. So while I set out to discover and deal with the underlying reasons, I am hoping to be able to use this site to help me stay accountable to myself.
- So here goes....my plan for healthy eating and exercising (which I enjoy by the way)....it's the eating where every things goes wrong.
