Sleep and athleticism

This is for the people with a sport and train for specific contests and events.

1. How many hours a week do you spend on training -- sport specific as well as any auxiliary strength or endurance training to improve performance.
2. How many hours a night do you sleep?
3. Do you get enough sleep that you feel energetic and rested?

    1- up to ten. This week might have been 11, but I was doing some range finding for my new rep and tempo scheme
    2- 7-8
    3- I easily get through my days usually with only my morning coffee for energy.
