so I just want to know if I understand calories intake vs exercise ,if my current my suggested intake is 2,000 cals a day and you the secondary and I roughly burn 300-500 cals a day how much under my intake for the day can I be and still lose weight ? Also do you eat your work out bonus calories I haven't been could just use a little help thank you

You should be hitting 2000 net after exercise calories, because a deficit has already been applied. However, due to overestimation of calories burned, it's suggested to only eat 50-75% of those calories back.0

you should only eat half of the burned calories back and net 2000 …so in your example of 300 burned..you would eat half that 150 for 2150 for the day for a net of 2000...0

As long as you are under, you will always lose weight (give or take normal daily fluctuation).
The more you are under, the bigger the deficit, the more weight you will lose ... and faster.
