hi was reading my bread bags and spotted something i confused about to here goes . I know ppl say avoid white bread cos of how we digest it but the 50 /50 is lovely stuff and i like my bread so need something
50/50 stats per slice
cals 94
sugars 1.4g
fat 0.9
saturates 0.2g
salt 0.4g
there wholemeal bread per slice is
cals 96
sugars 1.7g
fat 1.5g
saturates 0.2g
salt 0.4g
so if u are goin to eat bread which is actually better for you as the wholemeal is higher in all bar the saturates and salt lvls .
thanks for reading all this (and the 50/50 is cheaper which also helps my household with 2 always eating kids;p)

The one you prefer the taste of. Those numbers are inconsequential in a balanced diet.0

To be honest, I don't know which one is better, but I, like you, like that 50/50 Kingsmill bread and if you enjoy it that much, stick with that.0
