Hi! I'm a 26 year old female. I've just joined this app and am looking to get back on track with my weight loss journey. I have a 4 year old daughter and over the last few years, I've gained weight after getting off the baby weight. I'm looking to drop down to 150 pounds...and I'm starting at 185. Honestly, I didn't know I weighed this much until I went to my doctor on Monday. I hold my weight well for my build, but I want my healthier self back. Before my daughter, I weighed 135 pounds...which I felt was way too thin for my build. I would feel very happy at 150 pounds. I want my energy back, especially to run after my daughter and my 5th grade students. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Any support will be appreciated!

Congratulations on the first step! I am 185 as well... Well I was when I started on Wednesday. My goal is about 140. Sounds like you have wonderful motivation good luck in your journey!0
