Putting weight back on

Hi, I have been a member for a while but only really started to use the app recently. I have in the past year and a half lost just under 3 stone. Now I am in the gym and running and I have just been on the scales and seen I have put weight on! I am a little upset because I haven't eaten too much to say I have put that on...could it be the muscle from working out?

    It's probably water weight. How long have you been working out? Incidentally, muscle gains come from eating in a surplus except with newbie gains.
