Goal = eat healthy, lose weight and get fit

im trying to get my life back on track and I want to hit my goal. I'm determined to do it!!!

    It's easier if your goal is a healthy living, and a happier lifestyle than a number on the scale. Once you hit that 'goal', it's so simple to quit and gain it all back. I came to this realization when my scale told me I gained 2lbs in a month after eating wonderfully and exercising like a boss. I became discouraged, but took a photo of myself and saw my abs showing up. Measuring tape and progress photos are your friend.

    True thanks for the advice. I want to lose weight to feel better. I used to play rugby and be in better shape but due to working away for a few years and then moving I got lazy. So I want to get fit to feel better about myself. I'm going to change my lifestyle to do this. I'm determined to change
