I been doing shrugs an deadlifts and my traps have been improving slowly and steadily.
Anyone have any advice to target traps that worked for you? high reps/low-ish weight or Lower reps with bigger weight an possibly a less than perfect contraction?
thanks in advance
Terry

Any kind of row will help. Low weight, high rep or high weight, low rep. Doesn't matter as long as you feel that burn0
