Bulking - eating too much?

Like 13% bodyfat? i have no idea.
I didn't know it was possible for me to eat too much. I can usually eat a pizza or a jar of cookies withouht noticing anything - High metabolism i guess.

    Are you gaining more/faster than you want? Yes? Then you're eating too much. No? then you're not eating too much.

    Science, boom. You're also 18yo. Relish in your body's requirement for more nourishment for growth.

    What are your maintenance calories, what is your current training regimen, what are your goals, how long have you been bulking, what rate have you been gaining at?

    Change your daily goal to 500 above your maintenance, 2900 calories. Since you've been training for such a short period of time, your maintenance level is going to be a guess. You need to be prepared to adjust as necessary (give your calorie level at least a few weeks and take some rolling averages of your daily weight changes).

    The biggest thing will be to have patience. Nothing will happen overnight.
