Help! My husband wants to go out for dinner I need suggestions for places and things to eat? Any suggestions?

    Restaurants usually serve excessive portions. Ask for a takeout box to come out with your food. Immediately divide everything on your plate and pack half to go. Then you don't have to worry about overeating.
