Do you make up those calories at the next meal? Or just keep it as a deficit?

I usually use it as an excuse to beef up the next one, but if I've already pre-planned the next one and I'm a bit under for the day, so be it.0

I make it up. I missed lunch today due to prepping for yet another winter storm, but had some snacks to tide me over. Making up for it this evening, because I want to net my calorie goal for the day. If the number isn't too significant below my goal, I'll leave it.0

Make it up...with ice cream. And much glee.0

Lactose intolerant....so no ice cream....
And 1100 calories to go for the day.0 -
