I'm losing weight for several reasons: Medical and health concerns, I don't recognize myself anymore, and while I don't expect to see my body as it was when I was a jazz dancer many years ago, I'd like to get into far better condition than I am now. I have lost 12 lbs. in the past couple of months and have hit a plateau. I'm hoping for some guidance to jump start things again. My exercise right now consists of warm water exercise. Pain issues prevent me from doing equipment work, but I hope to do so soon. I gained weight over the past 15 years, partially due to medical changes. I feel a bit better now that I am more active, and plan to carry on as best I can!
