Cheat meal leading to waking up leaner?

Hey everyone, so I've noticed a bit of a pattern over the past two weeks. Last Saturday me and my friends went out to a festival, I didn't eat much and I danced (to trance music) for 6 hours straight, then the next day me and my friends went out to a brazilian bbq restaurant & I was eating what ever I felt like, I was enjoying my meal though and eating slow but I felt satisfied at the end of the night, and both my friends ate a little more than I did and then walked out feeling sick. So I thought that was a little weird that I didn't feel full aswell. Anyway same happened this week, so I ate normally how I would in a day, and I actually didn't even train yesterday because I had a huge migraine (I train 6 days a week and do 30mins cardio & 30-45mins weights, which I have done for the last 5 days in a row)
So yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: Quest bar & Apple
Lunch: Salmon salad
Snack: Carmen's clusters w/ crushed nuts, oats & cranberries (cos I went grocery shopping so I just picked from the box)
then I went to sleep because my head hurt so much and when I woke up I had about 100g chicken
Dinner: 1 tuna & avo sushi roll, 1 vegetarian sushi roll
Dessert: Fondue w/ churros, strawberries, marshmellows & banana bread

Btw usually I wake up hungry so I eat a proper protein / carb meal & then Ill have a snack aswell but yesterday I wasn't hungry when I woke up. Anyway, so after eating that dinner, my friend walked out of the shop feeling full & sick again (she ate a little more than me again), and I walked out feeling really good, my tummy was a little full but I felt really good. So I was wondering again why I wasn't as full as her. Then I woke up this morning and I looked in the mirror and my stomach looked flat!

So my question is, why is this happening, and what should I do to follow it up today (what type of training should i do, should i just have a massive cardio session, and what should i eat? like should i eat more protein today or eat like normal)

Thanks!! :D

Its not that much food, so your activity level probably outweighs that of your calorie intake, especially over the course of a few days rather than one day.

    Eat like you normally would.
