Just got advertisements for a conceal-carry handgun permit class and a new device design for laryngoscopy. I know losing weight is tough, but I seriously hope my efforts need neither of these products. So what's your weird advertisement combo?

    Weirdest one was probably diet pills and an ED clinic on the same page. Is that a metaphor?
