Stationary Bike for Beginner

Hi,

I just register for gym membership and plan to workout 5 times a week. For the first 12 weeks (3 months) I plan to walk on treadmill combine with stationary bike.
I can find many program/schedule for walking exercise on the internet, but no result for biking exercise.

I'd like to ask some help/suggestion how to schedule biking exercise.
