Hello! My name is Lain. I'm 26 years old.
I'm not new to MFP (this is a new account) but I've never really participated in the forums here. This is my first time reaching out and saying hello. :]
I've lost about 10lb in the past couple months. I plan to continue and lose 40lb more, hopefully by Thanksgiving 2015.
The weight loss strategy that has worked for me is to sticking to eating mostly real foods. I don't have the mental endurance that many of you have in tracking and recording meals everyday. I do every now and then eat processed food, but I keep it at a minimum. I'm not active, and I haven't worked out much since I started, but I do plan on adding exercise in my weekly routine!
Any support and pointers are welcome!!
