Strength gains while losing weight!

I'm a 22 year old male in East Texas I lost 40lb a couple years ago by eating healthy & strength training, now I'm here to lose more weight while gaining lean muscle mass. I've lost several pounds in only 3 weeks while making serious strength gains! I'd love to have more friends for healthy discussion & inspiration & can answer any questions for people new to strength training while losing weight. Thanks
