im 34 years old from So Cal and am currently 160. 5'5. I want to lose 20 lbs by July. My sons one year birthday party...huge deal for Koreans. I didn't give birth to my baby but definitely gained weight like any other mother. I use to be fit in my 20's and had personal trainers in the past. But I want to do it on my own this time. Will you teach me do it the right way?!
