First week

Hi everyone, this is my first week to transform my body and life style. I have been a member of Gold's Gym for quite sometime with periodic workouts. I have decided though to start going on a regular basis. I have hired a personal trainer along with my son, and joined the gyms 12 week transformation challenge. I have been working out now everyday for a week and already feel positive results if not necessarially see any yet. I have a few apps downloaded and linked to track my progress. I especially like the daily food intake log. I am focusing on my daily caloric intake at this point and will refine my focus as I become more familiar with the apps and have my routine locked down better.
I just wanted to introduce myself and say I am always looking for advice, ideas, and encouragement. I enjoy challenges and like to strive for goals.
