Yo-yo Dieter!

Greetings Everyone! I wouldn't say I am new to MFP, but I am l am trying to start fresh again. I have been logging my food and exercising consistently for the last 42 days. During this time I have not lost much weight and I think much of it has to do with my food and the shame I feel when I eat. I can now openly say that I am addicted to food and also addicted to dieting, to the point that I have been trying this since 2010. Yesterday I decided to open up my food diary as a way to be more accountable for what I am eating. I am looking to find supportive ppl on here to journey with.
