Need more iron!

I started using myfitnesspal and it has been so helpful! I already knew I needed to have more iron in my diet but now I see how low my iron percentage is each day.
Any suggestions on how I can add more iron to my diet without taking iron pills or vitamins? Any types of food besides fish!
Thanks!

Fortified cereal. Check the nutrients in them. I know Shreddies has 50% of your daily iron requirement in one bowl.
Oatmeal is really high in iron, too.
Edamame beans are also a good source, I believe. They are tasty in a variety of ways. Since they are soy beans, I imagine that tofu might be high in iron, too, but you'd have to check that out as I'm really not sure.
