Looking for help to keep the streak alive

I can break a streak or habit faster than I'd like to admit. But it's time to change that. I'm on a 3-wk streak of regular workouts so could use any and all tools to keep moving in the right direction. Meal planning is my next step & MFP is one of the best. I have 130 to lose and know consistency is key so here I go... I'm excited to connect with others on this path!!
