Fat is not bad. (No matter which oil you use.). Keep it in your macros for the day and stay in a calorie deficit.

If we shouldn't eat fat, MFP would not set a daily recommendation goal.

I'd love to drink full fat milk. But I drink so much of it everyday in my cups of tea, my only option is the low fat kind. Or else it would add way to many calories
