Help! Macros reset to zero

I just adjusted my calorie goal and somehow it reset my macros to zero. How do I fix that? I was using the default that it automatically assigned, but I think it's time to set it for my current needs. I'm 292 and working my way toward a lighter me. I work out 6 days a week, from walking to higher intensity cardio and now strength training. Where can I get some guidance to set my macros? I tried searching the forums, but didn't find what I was looking for.

I found this on the blog: http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/ask-the-dietitian-whats-the-best-carb-protein-and-fat-breakdown-for-weight-loss/
I think I can use this unless anyone has anything to add.0
