Discouraging scale fluctuations

Options
I am getting thoroughly frustrated. I have lost 140 lbs in the past 8 months but these last 50-60 are killing me. I do cardio 6 times a week and try to do weight training for 4. I am on a low carb diet, eat less than 1000 calories a day. Last week(even with period) I lost 5 lbs, reaching my week goal. This week I lose two pounds BUT I weigh myself yesterday and all of a sudden they're back!!! WTF?!?!? I weight myself today and I am at the same exact number it's completely disheartening! I know weight fluctuates but what the hell?!?! I eat completely clean I do just about all necessary to lose yet I wake up and this week's progress is down the drain??!?! I don't know what I'm doing wrong.... I know my metabolism could have slowed due to my low calorie intake, I understand that could be an issue but for me to up that number to even 1100-1200 is psychologically terrifying. Idk. I need this weight gone by May and it just seems impossible right now.

Why do you have a five pound per week goal with only 50-60 pounds to lose?

There is so much to be addressed here. I'm thinking about where to start.

    I can't even.

There's so much going wrong here... I can't even begin to address where to start.

Do I start with your aggressive goal is too much and unhealthy?
Do I start with your calorie goal is too low and too aggressive?
Do I start with your excessive workouts?
Do I start with your psychological reaction to having a calorie goal that doesn't even meet the minimum requirements for an adult female?
Or do I start with your time line of having 60 lbs gone by May?

    I just... I just can't.

    OP, please seek professional help.

You seem to have lost tons of weight, but not learned a great deal about your journey.
Whilst 140 in 8 months sounds amazing, it doesnt sound safe, healthy or sustainable.

That's a red flag for a potentially serious problem. Professional help would be a good thing.

You're burning more than you're taking in. 6 days a week of cardio plus 4 a week for other stuff and not eating enough is not good, nor will it work. your body will eventually crash if you keep this up.

I agree with everyone's comments. I'm considering visiting a nutritionist just to get myself into a healthier habit. Won't change my goal date though, I don't think it's impossible....

It IS impossible when losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way, yes. May 1st is 10 weeks and 5 days away. If we round that up to 11 weeks... 60 divided by 11 is 5.45. So you'd have to lose about 5.5lbs a week, every week, to reach that goal date. 1-2lbs per week is a safe and sustainable level of loss, maybe 3lbs for the severely obese which you don't seem to be. Please please please change it to something more realistic AND go see a specialist. The way you're losing this weight is not healthy.

You have an irresponsible goal ... an unhealthy view of food and caloric intake ... eat too little per day ... and your exercise program when coupled with your intake screams disordered.

Unless your goal is permanent physical damage you really need to relook everything with the help of a specialized medical professional that focuses on disorders, not a nutritionist.
